Foovi News #1

Hello!

Welcome to the first newsletter from Foovi. We will be sending this out periodically and it will be about company news, our product, customers and partners.

You are getting this as you are either an investor/prospective investor, a user of Foovi or connected to the food & software ecosystem. You can unsubscribe at anytime, or reply to email me direct.

We are just getting started at Foovi, building great software for food & drink producers - helping them grow their business, on their terms. Thank you for all your support so far, and to come, as we build out our company & product.

Successful Funding Round

We recently completed a funding round, supported by a consortium of investors with deep expertise in agrifood technology and early-stage software businesses. The funds will be used to accelerate product development, expand our partnerships and grow the producer network.

The round was led by Tvedt & Co., with participation from Rockstart Agrifood Fund (Netherlands), Sprettert and T D Veen. Read more in the press release below, and about Rockstart here.

Product - Tripletex Partnership

Foovi and Tripletex are partnering to support farming, food and drink producers. This is part of a broader strategic focus on agriculture for Tripletex. Foovi featured in E24 (here) and also features on the Tripletex sector page (here).

Producers using Foovi can integrate Tripletex to automate their invoicing, saving time and effort. Reach out to us to find out more on our integration strategy.

Product - Private Trade - Magic Link

Foovi has developed an innovative model for enabling private trade orders, which is growing fast as a share of orders. It allows producers to manage their prices, product availability and orders centrally, but control access to ordering at the customer level.

Buyers get a quick and easy route to transacting, with no need for an account. We are continuing to develop the ordering features in Foovi, including Magic Link.

Users will see a package of improvements to Foovi this week, with improved app speed, image loading and interface design.
